  1. Only reason Liverpool doing that deal nunez basically mane gone need replacement if mane was not leaving probably would not splash cash in my opinion

  2. United not getting Nunez is not a failure in fergies days United 100 percent would have got Nunez Liverpool is in that position at the moment United needs brave players that they can be part of Uniteds progress feel good about it

  3. Given the fact that United have had one of the worst midfields in the Premiership in recent years, it would be madness to blast away such a huge chunk of our transfer budget on an attacker. Sort the midfield out first, we need two quality midfielders as can't rely on Matic or Mata anymore to spread the workload over the season.

  4. Wow how do we expect to challenge city and Liverpool now? We was a long way of recently with a terrible season with no prolific goal scorers. city and Liverpool was arguably the best strike forces in Europe, city have already added Harland and we have let Liverpool take Nunez. We have no strikers apart from Ronaldo. we are many many years away from title challengers now we should of done everything to get the Nunez deal done

  5. Im glad we haven't got Nunez,,too much dosh ,, we need more urgent reinforcements elsewhere ,plus we have ronaldo for another year.. Kane could be available next year and cheaper. And with City, Liverpool and possibly Chelsea not needing a striker next year it could be very good timing to continue with this Man united rebirth 🤞
    Give us more 🍎🍎 23/24

  6. I see brighter days ahead for United. De Jong is a quality midfielder that can control the midfield. Ten Hag in my opinion has a plan that will blossom well. He will instill confidence and tactical awareness in the squad.
As for Nunez, United fans shouldn't feel bad for missing out on him. He's a good striker with potential but signing him for between €80-100M may look like spending too much on a single player when there are other very important areas of the Team that needs to be fortified. United needs two quality defensive midfielders of which one of them can play as a box to box midfielder (De Jong fits this requirement perfectly). Getting Sangare or Neves or Laimer or any other quality defensive midfielder to play in midfield with De Jong would suddenly make United very strong in that area of the pitch. The defense would be protected well, while the tendency to easily launch attacks from deep in midfield would be more frequent. This would give the forward players more opportunities to score goals.
I read online that United are pushing to sign Antony which I think is a brilliant idea. A left footed player on the right side would make United's forward line more flexible and deadly.
I hope United also signs Timber (that can play as a Central Defender and Right Back conveniently) together with a quality left footed Central Defender.
I strongly believe that United will pull off these signings and suddenly become a threat to the likes of City and Liverpool.
Maximum respect to all Manchester United fans worldwide.🙌

  7. Man Utd take too long to do deals. Liverpool came in an stole Nunez from us with ease and in quick succession. It must be so annoying for ten hag to have to deal with these dead negotiators

  8. if utd can get Antony de Jong timber plus say eriksen or another smart cheap signing … that would be solid.

vdb coming back as well and a few kids coming through … could be just the refresh utd need

  9. As a Liverpool fan I am really excited at the prospect of having Darwin Nunez at Anfield. We had to react in a big way after City signed Haaland even if Mane wanted to stay. I know you support Man U but I totally respect your acknowledgement of were the two clubs are at at this moment in time. Fair play to you mate cos although rivalry is very much the spice of football thats what it should just be football rivalry nothing more. Even though the roles are now reversed I still think United can attract quality players a case in point been the imminent signing of De John from Barcelona. As I have always said there are quite a few top quality players out there and there are so much players any team can sign in any given window.

  11. Putting all rivalries aside for one minute isn't it great Haaland, D.Nunez & De Jong all coming to play in the Premier League? And its only day one of the window being open!!!
